Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your order. Since our products are made specifically for you, the following return conditions apply:

1. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, has a print defect, or you received the wrong product, we will of course take care of it.

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with:
- your order number
- a brief description of the issue
- photos of the affected item

After review, you will receive a free replacement or a full refund.

2. Returns Due to Dissatisfaction or Wrong Size
Note: Since our products are individually made for you (print-on-demand), there is no statutory right of withdrawal under the applicable regulations for personalized goods, provided there is no defect.

However, we understand that things don't always work out. In such cases, we are happy to offer a goodwill solution, for example:
- a discount on your next order
- a partial refund

Please contact us – we will find a fair solution together.

3. No Return Shipment Required (in most cases)
To avoid unnecessary costs and environmental impact, we do not require you to return the item in most cases.
You are welcome to keep the item or pass it on.

4. Refunds
Refunds are processed via the original payment method used.
Depending on your payment provider, it may take a few days for the amount to appear in your account.

5. Important Notes
- Items must be in their original condition (unworn, unwashed) if a solution is agreed upon
- Personalized products are generally excluded from returns (except in case of defects)
- Shipping costs are not refunded, except in case of defective deliveries
